ANNOUNCEMENTS: ALL BOOKS BACK TO THE LIBRARY!
The library is thrilled that so many students and teachers have been using the books in the Eleanor M. DiCroce Library collection. As the year comes to a close though, we are looking for books that are still checked out. You may wonder if your child has any books from the library. Soon, when the Library software is operational again, we will give the students a notice that shows books that they have checked out. In the meantime, we appreciate any help that you can give your child in locating books. Thank you for your support, and we hope you have a wonderful summer vacation! Any questions, please call Sheila Geraty or Ann Walker in the Library. ===========================================
Health & immunization forms for Summer at Brookwood 2008
Summer at Brookwood 2008 is just around the corner. There are limited spaces still available in some specialty camps. Soccer and field hockey also have spots available. Don't miss out on the fun!
Health forms for Summer At Brookwood were sent with confirmation packets and can be found on Brookwood's web site. Because camp is separate from school, the Massachusetts Board of Health requires summer day camps to have their own copies of updated physical exams and immunization records.
If your child's medical records at Brookwood are updated and you would like to make a copy for camp, please see school nurse Paula Cardarelli for assistance. All camp forms and balances are due now. Thanks! =============================
REMINDER
Friendly reminder. The Annual Fund closes on June 30th. If you haven't already made a gift, we hope you will consider participating this year. You can make a gift online by going to (insert link). Thank you for your ongoing support of Brookwood. ===================================
THIS WEEK AT BROOKWOOD SURVEY
This is the final installment of This Week at Brookwood for the 2007-2008 school year, and the close of the first year of an email-only This Week .... We hope you've enjoyed the new format of this publication, and that it has been informational and easy to use.
Because This Week at Brookwood is published to help guide Brookwood families through daily life at the school, we're eager to hear our readers' opinions. Please click on the link below and take a short survey we've created to help guide our improvements. The survey is very short, and will take only a minute or two to complete. Please tell us what works and what doesn't, what could be improved and what needs to be added. Click here to take the survey now: This Week at Brookwood readers' survey.
Thanks in advance for your help, and have a great summer!
