Brookwood is grateful to have a community that is constantly supporting our growth. Whether it be through volunteer hours or philanthropic investment, Brookwood is deeply thankful to those individuals who recognize that the important work we do in the classroom would be impossible without the help of those outside.
In December of 1955, a group of like-minded individuals gathered with one goal in mind: to establish a new school on the North Shore of Boston which would, at its core, be based on shared community values of conscience, character and compassion. Today, we proudly carry on the traditions that our founders established.
Our academic program consists of rigorous inquiry and challenges our students to live empathically. These values are not only taught in our classrooms but are visible in our extended community. Our parents, past parents, grandparents, alumni/ae, and faculty all model these ideals by supporting Brookwood in a variety of ways.
We on the advancement team are honored and grateful to work with each one of our volunteers -- be it through governance, volunteerism, service or fundraising. These essential functions are at the core of our Advancement success and help keep Brookwood at its best.
