Trisha Gordon and Sophie Rothman are heading to Arizona for the annual SPARC conference for auxiliary leaders in Independent Schools and this year they will be presenters! To help things go smoothly during their absence, we have Anthony Yebba, who in addition to working in our After School program, is completing his student teaching as a PE instructor. Mr. Yebba will be monitoring the [email protected] address to keep track of daily changes to your child’s After School schedule. To support Anthony while Trisha and Sophie are at SPARC, it would be really helpful if you can send drop-in requests for October 5 -7 by Friday, October 2. However, if you end up having a last minute need for after school coverage while they are away, you can still add a drop-in by emailing [email protected] by noon.
*As a reminder, if you learn you need coverage after 12 noon, please call the front desk so we can be sure all parties know your child’s plan.
