Summer at Brookwood is located on the sprawling and beautiful campus of Brookwood School in Manchester, Massachusetts just minutes from RT 128 and down the street from our stunning coastline and Beverly Farms.
In addition to several new specialty camps offerings like our half day and full day adventure camps, this year we are piloting Inspire, an academic branch of Summer at Brookwood. Check out our Inspire page for more information.
Most campers arrive by car each day to Summer at Brookwood. Campers who live close to campus may walk or ride their bikes with parent permission.
We are once again partnering with Manchester Sailing to provide transportation to and from our programs midday and end of day to select MSA programs See the Manchester Sailing and Summer at Brookwood Partnership page for more details.
We are also providing counselor-supervised walks from Landmark School’s morning program to Summer at Brookwood’s afternoon camp.
Fruit and a crunchy snack are provided for campers during our afternoon programming. Families are welcome to pack a snack for their child, if they prefer, and all campers should pack a reusable water bottle each day.
This year, we are partnering with Relish Catering to provide a lunch option for our camp families. Families can choose from a menu of options to be delivered to Summer at Brookwood each day. Families who choose not to participate in Relish Catering’s lunch program are welcome to pack lunch for their child. Click here to learn more about our lunch program.
Summer at Brookwood leadership works closely with our camp nurse to make sure the staff is aware of allergies and food restrictions. While our campers are encouraged to share in many of our camp settings, we do not allow our campers to share food bought at home with other campers without prior permission from families. We are a nut-aware campus so we do ask that campers do not bring in anything that contains nuts.
YES! Feel free to reach out to schedule a camp tour at any time during the year. As our first session approaches, we will reach out to registered families with a camp open house date so you and your camper(s) can come to campus and meet the counselors.

Yes, all campers should be potty trained, but accidents happen so we encourage our youngest campers to send in an extra change of clothes each day. However, if there is a pattern of toileting accidents, your child will not be considered potty trained and their continued enrollment may be at risk.
Staffing is based on enrollment and because we work with outside vendors, refunds will not be granted after March 31st.
