Please see below for a reminder of important start dates:
- After School begins on the first day of school (Wednesday, September 3).
- Early Birds begins on the second day of school (Thursday, September 4)
- Please email [email protected] and your child’s homeroom teacher/advisor if you would like them to drop in to After School before the BBQ. Children should be picked up from After School and walked to the event.
- All music lessons and enrichment classes begin on Monday, September 15.
- Given this later start date for enrichment classes, please let us know if you would like to add drop in coverage before September 15.

As a reminder, if you filled out the Music Lesson Interest Form, an instructor will reach out to you directly to begin the scheduling process. This will begin next week.
Pick-Up Information for After School
- All Lower School students with a scheduled 4:00 p.m. dismissal time should be picked up at the Lower School portico via Dan Wise Way. Dan Wise Way will be closed to traffic after the 4:00 p.m. dismissal.
- If your Lower Schooler has an Upper School sibling that is also being picked up at 4pm, both students will leave from the Lower School portico via Dan Wise Way. These Upper School students will ‘cross over’.
- All students leaving at 5:30 p.m., regardless of grade level, should be picked up from the front lobby.
- If you need to pick up outside our official dismissal times (4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.), please enter through the front door. Families have two options. Those wishing to get their child(ren) more quickly can wait in the lobby and have the person at the front desk radio for the child(ren) to be brought up. Those wishing to enter the program may do so, but are asked to sign in/out and wear a name tag. The person at the front desk can let you know where your child(ren) is.
Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions or changes to your child’s plan so both Trisha and Sophie are aware of your family’s needs. Please be sure to let us, and your child’s homeroom teacher or advisor, know if your child(ren) is not attending After School/Enrichments on any day where they are registered. If you are making a change that affects your child’s bus schedule, please be sure to also email [email protected].
