Lower School Beach Day 2026

Lower School Beach Day is Tuesday, June 2 and students are looking forward to a fun day of sunshine, sand, and time together outdoors.

This year’s locations include:

• EC1 & EC2: Water Day on campus
• Kindergarten, Grade 1, & Grade 3: West Beach (walking trip)
• Grade 2 & Grade 4: Singing Beach (traveling by buslets, with a walk to Captain Dusty’s)

To help students have a safe and enjoyable day, please send:

• A nut-free lunch
• Water bottle
• Towel

Students may wear bathing suits to school and should bring a change of clothes for afterward. Sunscreen should be applied before arriving at school, and students are encouraged to pack extra sunscreen in their backpacks. Sun hats, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes are also recommended.

Please note:

• Lifeguards will be present, though students will only go into the water up to their knees.
• Students should be able to carry their own belongings.
• Flotation devices, electronics, and money should stay at home.
