Start of School BBQ

When: Friday, September 5
Time: 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Location: Brookwood School Courtyard

Join us for the Annual Start of School BBQ!

We can’t wait to see you on Friday for an afternoon of good food, fun, and community. Bring the whole family to the Courtyard to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new classmates, and make new friends. The Parents Association will be hosting activities, and we’ll have burgers and dogs sizzling on the grill.

*Please email [email protected] and your child’s homeroom teacher/advisor if you would like them to drop in to After School before the BBQ. Children should be picked up from After School and walked to the event. 

It’s a great way to kick off the school year — we hope to see you there!

What to Bring

• Blanket and/or lawn chairs (courtyard and hill seating can be more comfortable this way)
• Please note: no pets, alcohol, or tobacco permitted

Expectations

• All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times — this is not a drop-off event
• Please note: The Courtyard will be supervised, but the playground, courts, pond, and other campus spaces are off-limits during the event. Thanks for your help in keeping everyone safe.
