Auxiliary Program Reminders 
Now that we are settling into the school year, you may know more about your family’s schedule than a few weeks ago when we first opened registration for Auxiliary Programs.  We are happy to help if you need to make adjustments to your enrollment to make sure you have the care you need for your children outside of the school day.

• If you need to make a change to your child’s After School enrollment, please reach out to [email protected].  
• If you would like to add a day to your child’s After School schedule or add Early Birds, you may register on Veracross via the Parent Portal or use the direct links below to register and check enrollment for Auxiliary Programs.

After School and Early Birds Registration *Registration for After School and Early Birds is ongoing and can be adjusted as needed over the course of the year.

Enrichment Registration *Enrichment registration is binding upon submission so please carefully check your child’s schedule before committing to a class. Fall Enrichment registration will officially close on Friday, September 10th.

• As a reminder, if you need to drop-in to After School  or communicate a pick-up change, please email your child’s teacher and [email protected].  If this is a last minute change (after 2:00 pm) , please call the front desk as the after school team may not be able to see your email in time.
• You do not need to communicate ahead of time if you need to drop into our Early Birds program.  Just sign your child(ren) in when you arrive and we will note their attendance.
