Auxilary Programs Update October 6 - 8: Meet Owen!

Sophie Rothman and I are excited to attend the SPARC Annual Conference for Auxiliary Directors in Scottsdale, Arizona next week.  Because will both be off campus, we have delegated their responsibilities to other staff and administrators to make sure your children are well-cared for in their programs.

Owen Donnellan, who has been working as Lead After School Instructor this year, will be handling the day to day logistics of After School, Enrichment and music lessons.  He has full access to [email protected] so please continue to use this email to communicate any changes to your child’s schedule while Sophie and Trisha are away. (You may have already received an email from him this past week as he trained with Sophie to support our program.)

Sophie and I will be checking our email sporadically but with the time change and our participation in the conference we may not be able to respond in a timely manner.  For any urgent concerns while we are away, please contact your child’s division head.

As a reminder, please use your car placards at pickup because we will have different staff members each day supporting our 4:00 p.m. Dan Wise Way dismissal. Your help with this detail will help make sure the line moves along smoothly and efficiently.

We are excited for this time to network and brainstorm with talented auxiliary professionals from around the country so we can continue to elevate our programs at Brookwood.
