We’re excited to share that the Otternauts, our FIRST LEGO League robotics team made up of five 8th grade students, will be competing in the Massachusetts State Championship this Saturday at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. At their qualifier event, the team earned the Innovation Project Award, recognizing their creativity, research, and problem-solving. They shared their experience and learning with the community during School Meeting this morning. The team now advances to the state level, where they’ll participate in judging sessions and robot matches alongside top teams from across Massachusetts. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and wish them the best of luck at WPI!
