We had a fantastic winter season at Brookwood! Our athletes showed great teamwork, growth, and sportsmanship all season long, and it was especially meaningful to celebrate our 8th graders in their final winter season.
This year, many of our teams competed up a level. Our Varsity 2 teams often faced other schools’ top teams, and our Boys/NB basketball team took on high school freshman and JV opponents. It was great to see our athletes rise to the challenge, find success, and make so much improvement over the course of the season.
Please return all uniforms next week by giving them directly to your coach.
Ice Cream Bowl
Starting Monday, students in grades 5–7 will take part in our annual Ice Cream Bowl for the three weeks leading up to Spring Break. They’ll be divided into flavor teams like Vanilla, Mint Chip, and Strawberry and will compete in fun activities such as street hockey, basketball, and other PE-style games, all building toward an exciting playoff bracket.
Spring Athletics
Spring athletics begin Monday, March 23, right after Spring Break. More details about teams and equipment will be shared soon.
