Call for Nominations
The Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees of Brookwood School is responsible for Trustee recruitment and to recommend nominees to fill vacancies for approval by the Board. The Governance Committee each year actively seeks to identify potential candidates from the community for consideration as possible new members to join the Board of Trustees. During its annual evaluation process, the Governance Committee takes into account various factors such as individual skill sets, current and future strategic initiatives, and the various areas of expertise the Board encompasses.
We invite you to nominate individuals within our community whom you believe would serve as effective and dedicated Trustees for possible consideration by the Governance Committee as part of its recruitment responsibilities. We welcome nominations at any time and value your assistance in this important endeavor consistent with the continued commitment to fostering an inclusive Board that promotes diverse individual perspectives. While we typically receive the names of many outstanding possible candidates each year, it is important to understand that a nomination does not guarantee an invitation to join the Board or even participation in the evaluation process.
